About Construction Workers Festival
Construction workers are the cornerstone of the construction industry. Without workers' efforts to construct our sustainable society, the public cannot live and work in contentment and enjoy quality infrastructure. To support construction workers to continue enhancing their profession and to drive for excellence, the Construction Industry Council organises "Construction Workers Festival" that aims to:
Enhance the professional image of construction workers and make workers proud to be a part of the construction industry
Develop positive perceptions of the construction industry among young people while encouraging parents and relatives to support young people to join the profession, so as to inherit and continue the construction industry
Recognise workers for constructing Hong Kong and appreciate their efforts to construct a sustainable society
There are a series of seminars and events under Construction Workers Festival. Registered workers and their family members are welcomed to join the Festival.
