Construction Workers Professional Development Scheme (CWDS) aims to encourage upskilling, self-enhancement and professionalism of construction workers, thereby driving sustainable developments of the construction industry and nurture more skilful professionals for the industry.
In recognition of the outstanding achievements of registered skilled workers, the Construction Industry Council holds the ceremony to honour their devotion to excellence, contributions to the betterment of the construction industry and the community at large with cash prize HK$5,000 and Certificate of Appriciation.
